According to these new GDPR policies, SC Ambito S.R.L. has the obligation to administer, under safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide to us. The purpose of data collection is mentioned below. We wish to emphasize that your personal information is confidential when you visit this website, except when you voluntarily choose to disclose it. We collect only the personal information that you voluntarily provide and only for the purposes specified in these privacy policies. We do not require you to send us this information to allow you access to our website, and we do not ask you to disclose more information than necessary to participate in any activity on our website.

We would like to inform you that the personal data of employees, beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries/clients of our installation works, subcontractors and any other contractors, as well as the personal data of any visitors of the SC Ambito S.R.L. website are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation regarding the confidentiality of personal data, including, without limitation, the GDPR and Law no. 190/2018 regarding measures for the implementation of the GDPR.

1. GENERAL ASPECTS

When you use the www.ambito.ro webpage, a series of personal data about you are processed as a data controller, according to the relevant legislation regarding the protection of personal data. This privacy policy describes what types of data are processed, how they are used and what your rights are in relation to these processes. www.ambito.ro processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact and identification data necessary for sending an email using the contact form of our website. The contact and identification data are: name, surname and email address. Your agreement is registered by the platform when the corresponding boxes next to the contact form are checked. When you send us electronic correspondence (such as an email containing a question, comment, complaint, suggestion and other similar or through the contact form on our page) containing personal data through which you can be identified, we will use this information to satisfy your request.

You have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, to access your personal data, to rectify and request the deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to request the restriction of processing of personal data. In addition, you have the right to object, the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

By transmitting personal data to www.ambito.ro, the “data subject” does not waive their rights guaranteed by Romania’s regulations for the protection of personal data and in particular the right to request the rectification or deletion of personal data from the database if they are incomplete, incorrect or inappropriate or their processing does not comply with the provisions of Romania’s regulations.

SC Ambito S.R.L. takes all necessary measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, unwanted destruction or modification. Even though we implement and continuously update administrative, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of your personal data, we cannot always guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of your data in the Internet environment.

Our policy is to resolve any incidents regarding the protection of personal data with priority in an amicable manner.

In case your rights provided by the legislation regarding the protection of personal data are violated by SC Ambito S.R.L. and the respective incident is not amicably resolved within 30 days from the date of notification, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Supervision of Personal Data Processing, in order to resolve it.

We provide you with all the support for ensuring the protection of your personal data and respecting your rights conferred by GDPR and we assure you of our availability to answer any questions and to respond to your proposals for the purpose of any improvements in the field of personal data protection.
